PM Vishwakarma is implemented as a Central Sector Scheme, fully funded by the Government of India with a budget outlay of INR 13,000 Cr. The Scheme is being implemented conjointly by Ministry of Micro Small Medium Entreprises (M/o MSME), Ministry of Skill Development Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and Department of Financial Services (DFS), under Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
