About Skills India International Centres (SIICs)
Skill India International Centres (SIICs) are a strategic initiative of the National Skill Development
Corporation (NSDC) and NSDC International, advancing the Government of India’s vision of India as the
Skill Capital of the World.
Each SIIC is an integrated hub for high-quality skill development: training, assessment and certification
aligned with international standards. By combining industry-relevant training with language proficiency
and preparatory support, SIICs equip Indian youth with the competencies that global workplaces demand.
The goal is a structured, credible ecosystem where Indian skilled professionals are better recognised and
accepted across global markets, and where every candidate is supported with transparency, ethical
practice and informed choices.
