Rajesh Swaika is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and NSDC International, with over 28 years of experience in financial leadership across infrastructure, energy, FMCG, and the public sector.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost & Works Accountant (CWA), he leads the full spectrum of financial strategy at NSDC, including fund management, treasury, regulatory compliance, and board reporting. He also oversees large-scale government-backed schemes such as PMKVY and the National Skill Development Fund.

Prior to becoming CFO in 2023, he held senior roles within NSDC and served in finance leadership positions at organizations including GE Power, Alstom, Reliance Industries, and Shalimar Paints, where he managed major infrastructure projects and financial operations.
