Sanjeeva Singh is the Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer at NSDC where he leads key portfolios including skill financing, partnerships, entrepreneurship, research, and CSR initiatives. With over 25 years of experience across impact finance, developmental finance, commercial banking, and skill development, he has built a strong track record in driving strategic innovation and operational transformation.

At NSDC, he has pioneered innovative financing models such as the Development Impact Bond and First Loss Default Guarantee, mobilized significant CSR funding, and strengthened partnerships to scale skilling outcomes. Prior to NSDC, he held senior leadeship roles at Axis Bank and Indian Overseas Bank, specializing in credit risk, portfolio management, and corporate banking.

Prashant Sinha is a senior business leader with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale public sector and skilling transformations. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Government Programs, State Engagement, and Central Ministries at NSDC, he leads efforts to scale India’s skilling ecosystem, strengthen industry alignment, and enhance the impact of youth empowerment initiatives. He has held leadership roles at EY, PwC, Centum Workskills, Deloitte, and Accenture, where he built and led major skilling advisory practices and managed large, multi-stakeholder programs. His work spans flagship schemes such as PMKVY, PMKK, NAPS, and JSS, along with deep engagement across central ministries, state governments, and global institutions like the World Bank and ADB.

Prashant holds an MA in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.

Mr. Arunkumar Pillai is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). He brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across skilling, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), higher education, and workforce development in India and globally. He has held senior leadership roles, including Director General & CEO of NAMTECH, Chief Strategy Officer at NSDC, and Founder Director of NSDC International, partner at Ernst & Young and COO, IL&FS Skills Development, and has worked extensively on policy design, institution building, industry partnerships, and large-scale skilling programs. He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) and is a strong advocate of future-ready skills aligned with India’s long-term development vision.
